Our rates vary by season, day of the week, and demand. The exact price for a stay appears at the time of booking — here's how it's built.
Four seasons
The year is divided into four periods. The same night can fall into a different season depending on whether it's a weeknight or a weekend.
Low season
Sunday through Thursday nights, outside the periods below.
Lowest rate
Shoulder season
Friday and Saturday nights, plus all of September.
Moderate rate
High season
From mid-June to Labour Day, spring break week, and long
holiday weekends — Easter, Thanksgiving, and National Patriots'
Day (3 nights).
High rate
Peak season
The two-week construction holiday and the holiday season,
from December 24 to January 1.

Three cottage categories
The rate depends on the number of bedrooms, not the specific cottage. All cottages in the same category rent for the same price — you choose based on the location and atmosphere you like best.

Service fee: $120 per stay
Four bedrooms
4 to 8 guests
Service fee: $160 per stay
The Deux Pins cottage, your choice
This is two connected, twin cottages. You can rent just one side, or both together to form one large cottage — which is why it appears in two categories.
The service fee
A single amount per stay, regardless of length — it is not charged per night. It covers cleaning, administration, firewood, and the starter supplies you'll find on site when you arrive.

Taxes
Rates shown are before taxes. Add the 3.5% lodging tax, 5% GST,
and 9.975% QST.
July and August
Weekly rentals only, 7 nights.
Arrival and departure
Check-in from 4 p.m., check-out at noon. An earlier arrival or later
departure may be possible if the cottage isn't rented the day before
or after; we confirm this about 24 hours in advance. See all of our

Pets
Some pets are allowed, with fees applicable per day per animal.
The pet must be declared at the time of booking. See our
pet policy
before booking.
Payment
A 40% deposit confirms the booking. The 60% balance is due
30 days before the arrival date.
Damage deposit
A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required for every stay. It
is returned after inspection of the cottage, at the end of your stay.
