35 acres, seven cottages

Activities & attractions

A lake, a forest, a spa, and a skating rink — shared between our seven cottages only, and included in your stay.

On site

Nothing to book, nothing extra to pay. It's right there, and it's yours.

The lake

Swim from your dock or from the floating platform. Pedal boat included with every cottage; canoes and rowboats available. Lac Grenier has carried that name since 1880 — before that, it was called Lac Dorwin.

The spa

An outdoor spa on the water, on shared grounds, open year-round. It's rarely occupied: with only seven cottages, you'll often have it to yourself.

The skating rink

In winter, we maintain a skating rink on the lake — with nets for hockey and a free-skate area. Cross-country ski and snowshoe trails on the estate; snowshoes available for rent on site.

The play module

A play structure for children, on the shared grounds, accessible to everyone staying on the estate.

The trails

Hiking trails run through the 35 wooded acres. Walked in summer, snowshoed in winter.

Wildlife

Deer, fox, otter, beaver, hare, wild turkey, partridge. On the water: geese, loons, ducks, herons. And woodpeckers, just about everywhere.
