A non-refundable credit card deposit is required to reserve
a cottage.
The deposit corresponds to 30% of the total bill (minimum
deposit: $150.00). The balance is due upon arrival.
A $300.00 security deposit is required for any
stay. Prior to departure and after inspection of the cottage,
we reserve the right to retain part or all of the deposit to cover
damages to the property.
It is forbidden to surpass the maximum guests allowed as
described in each cottage description.
It is
forbidden to smoke in the cottage. If traces of
cigarettes or smoke are found in the cottage, an amount will be
retained from the security deposit.
All pets must be declared at the time of booking.
The “Pet Rules” section must be read and accepted.
All garbage must be put in plastic bags, well-tied and
placed in the brown/green bin on the outside of each cottage.
Recyclable products (plastic, glass and paper) must be
placed in the blue bin on the outside of each cottage. Please
rinse well.
When not in use, oars and lifejackets must remain in the
cottage.
Please do not bring the white towels, sheets and blankets
outside. Blue towels are furnished for lake swimming and
bathing in the jacuzzi.
A propane BBQ is available between May 1st and November
1st. Please close the propane valve after use.
Except in designated areas, campfires are forbidden.
For safety reasons, please do not burn candles in the
cottage.
Please keep noise to a minimum before 9 a.m. and after 10
p.m.
Upon departure, please do not leave any articles in the
cottage, including garbage, food, and bottles.

started. Once these are used, you must provide for the
remainder of your stay.
